What type of noodle is a boat noodle?
When it comes to boat noodles, you’ll typically find either Sen Lek, which is medium-width flat rice noodles, or Sen Mee, which are rice vermicelli noodles, but you won’t come across Sen Yai, the wider flat rice noodles, and definitely not Ba Mee, the egg noodles.
